Well the www.thesturrocks.com started out as a great idea for a family and friends forum page with some blogs. I posted a few things had some family and friends on but reality is we did nothing with it. Add 2 years of semi-activity and lots and lots of spammers later……i blew up the site. Took off all the forums and reformatted to a simple word press blog with galler2 photo host.
So where are we today? Absolutely no where and wont be until this semester ends. Oh semesters you ask? Yes in school, working on my masters in Homeland Security. I am on class 9 and 10 atm. Nearly done. Just two weeks left. I got one term-paper done and started the next. Fortuantly the core classes are done and now all I am working on is my thesis.
So quick fact about me, I cant spell. As I tell me friends, get used to it or move on. Fact of the matter is bad spellers is why God (YES GOD) made spell checker. Most times I use it. Although one friend pointed out to me in a fit of honesty that he was raised to believe a person who can’t spell is ignorant. I would debate that but perhaps another time. Suffice to say, if I occasionally misspell a word I will not aplagize….er apologize.
Ok that is enough for today, perhaps later or in a few weeks over Christmas i will write more.
